Marine technology company VEEM approached us to construct a large assembly hall for future testing specialist equipment, as well as a two-storey office block. Assisting with the design stage, we commissioned engineering firm DWA Consulting to collaborate on the project.

To provide a higher quality result for a lower cost, we switched the proposed steel building materials out for concrete alternatives, using local suppliers to further reduce cost.
As the factory fit out was designed for a very specific purpose, there were requests for design changes throughout construction. We quickly adapted our approach and completed the variations as required.
Upon project completion, every aspect of the build had been managed for the client, allowing them to move in their equipment and commence operations right away.
