Located next to Bibra Lake, the Lakeside Recreation Centre was in need of a renovation to update the facilities and modernise the building. As part of upgrading the existing rec centre, we added several new features to support a range of administrative duties and community activities.

Old and outdated, the front façade had to be refreshed with a more contemporary look. Collaborating with the architects and the rec centre team, we gave the outside of the building a much-needed face lift.
All old buildings must be inspected for structural issues before any new construction work can take place. We ensured that all necessary repairs were completed and updated the building to comply with firewall requirements.
We built a strong relationship with the rec centre community while completing the renovation, leading us to sponsor their basketball team, Lakeside Lightning.
